Feels-Like Temperature
A general-purpose apparent temperature, formula varies by weather provider.
Feels-like is a vendor-specific apparent temperature. There is no industry standard. Each weather app's vendor chooses its own formula.
AccuWeather uses RealFeel, a proprietary formula that includes air temperature, humidity, sun intensity, cloud cover, wind, and precipitation.
The Weather Channel uses NWS heat index above 80 F and NWS wind chill below 50 F.
Apple Weather (using Apple Weather Service) uses heat index above 80 F and wind chill below 50 F, similar to NWS.
Google Weather uses a humidex variant.
This explains why two apps can show different feels-like temperatures for the same location at the same time. The numbers are useful for general awareness but not precise enough for sports or work decisions, where heat index or wet-bulb is preferable.
